CHANGES EFFECTIVE AUGUST 9, 2017
The Board of Directors recommended two changes to the New Villagers By-Laws on June 23, 2017. After requesting and receiving comments for 45 days per existing bylaws, those changes were accepted and became effective August 9, 2017.
