The HOA: Explained

The HomeOwners Association (HOA) of Tellico Village

The Tellico Village HomeOwners Association (HOA) provides a trusted outlet for home owner members to engage in a variety of meaningful social programs, participate in HOA informational General Meetings and forums and HOA offers ways for our member’s voices to be heard on issues and concerns affecting our community and lifestyle.

The HOA provides long term opportunities for its members including HOA representation and attendance to the POA Board Meetings, and its many working committees.  Additionally, the HOA provides liaisons to the Loudon and Monroe County governments, the TVA, TDOT, StayIn Tellico Village, and the Tellico Village Library.  The HOA liaisons serve to provide a two-way communication bringing back important information from those entities which we then pass along to our members, and the HOA informs those entities about our members concerns, questions and priorities.

HOA has established the Neighborhood Watch program aimed at keeping our neighborhoods safe.  We maintain a presence through our HOA Website and our newest partner, TellicoLife.  In addition, the HOA organizes numerous social activities and events each month for our members.

HOA strives to be the Voice of the Village on all matters that affect Tellico Village residents. Annual membership is open to all residents of the village and you must renew each year to remain active.   HOA members receive the HOA factual and timely communications on issues that affect our property values, infrastructure, lifestyle and social environment.

Our membership fee is $10/year.
